As a client, you will be able to join our private client portal, upload all tax documents into a secure server, and talk to our site coordinators one on one. This option will allow you to go through the tax preparation process at the comfort of your own home.
Our SCAN2Go dropoff option will be available at select locations. This option is best for clients who do not have access to a computer or a smartphone to upload their own documents. We will keep contact at a minimum to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. THERE WILL BE NO TAX PREPARATION DONE AT OUR TAX SITES.

You will need at least 30 minutes to complete the intake sheet, Virtual VITA consent form, and expense sheet (if applicable).
After your taxes have been uploaded, the time frame to complete and review your return will be around 72 hours, depending on the complexity of your return.
Once your tax return has been completed and quality reviewed, we will contact you to schedule a video conference call with a tax preparer. This will be necessary in order to verify your identity. During this video call, we will go through your return before you can sign the consent to e-file your return.

If you had health coverage through the Marketplace (Obamacare) you will need to upload your form 1095-A. This form would have been mailed to you at the beginning of the year.
If you had Marketplace coverage but did not receive a form 1095-A you have two options:
